The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting daily care for assigned patients, executing physician orders, and administering medications and treatments according to professional standards. Responsibilities also include providing patient and family teaching, coordinating care activities, and maintaining safety and continuity of care through effective communication and delegation.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of six months of clinical RN experience or successful completion of the probationary Nurse Clinician I period, and must hold a current Texas RN license or permit. Required certifications include current Basic Life Support (BLS).
Salary commensurate with experience. WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, night shift.
