The RN/LPN is responsible for providing direct client care, which includes administering medication, taking vital signs, and assessing medical needs according to provider protocols. Essential duties also involve assisting with admissions/discharges, recording observations, and maintaining client confidentiality and a safe environment.
Candidates must possess a current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in Georgia and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Experience working non-judgmentally with chemically dependent individuals and those in psychiatric care is required, with prior experience in recovery or mental health treatment being a plus.
RN/LPN is responsible for providing care to clients to include but not limited to, administering medication, taking vitals, assessing medical needs.
Current unrestricted licensure in GA (as required by facility) as an RN or LPN. Able to read, analyze, and interpret policies and directions, and present information effectively, both orally and written Ability to work with both chemically dependent and individuals in psychiatric care in a non-judgmental, compassionate fashion Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from a wide variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
