The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families within their scope of practice, assisting with patient care, treatment, and comfort under supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting patient conditions, assisting with procedures, administering medication, and providing patient and family education.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be a graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program. A minimum of two years of LPN experience within the last five years and a valid, unencumbered Georgia LPN license are required.
