• General 28,000+ patient visits/year Certified Level II Pediatric Trauma Center Fully dedicated Peds ED with Pediatric Transport Serves as the primary PED teaching site for pediatric and family practice residents as well as medical students 24/7 PEM coverage with 29 shift hours of double and triple coverage Full integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC

Responsibilities

Staff the Blank Pediatric Emergency Department in primary 8 hour shifts, providing 1,392- 1,656 shift hours of coverage each calendar year Shift hours vary by certification Pediatric Emergency Med Physician, General Pediatrician, or Emergency Medicine Physician with Pediatric interest Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
