The Certified Medication Aide prepares and administers medications to patients as per facility policies and state law. They also provide additional care services under the supervision of nursing staff.
Candidates must be a licensed CNA in good standing and have a current Medication Administrative Certificate. Effective communication skills and at least one year of experience as a CNA are also required.
