Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is currently seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide morning care for seniors throughout the Oshkosh area.

Morning routines can set the tone for an entire day. As a morning caregiver, you'll help seniors begin their day feeling safe, comfortable, confident, and supported while remaining independent in the place they call home.

Whether you're an experienced caregiver or looking to start a rewarding career in home care, we provide paid training, mentorship, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.

• Caregiver Responsibilities
• Assist clients with morning routines and personal care
• Prepare breakfast and assist with daily activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and encouraging environment
• Communicate care updates with families and the care team
• Help seniors start each day with dignity, confidence, and peace of mind

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
• No caregiving experience required — paid training provided
