Candidates must be a licensed physician with an MD or DO degree and board certified or eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Management. A non-ACGME accredited spine fellowship may also be considered.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Ascension Seton is looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation provider. Outpatient responsibilities include clinic evaluation and management of PM&R and pain management patients in the north Austin market Rotation will be between Georgetown/Temple & Round Rock/Williamson MOB clinics Primarily non-operative management supporting surgical specialties (i.e. orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery) as well as Ascension providers as a whole Multi-modal pain management (i.e. medication management, including opioids if clinically indicated and interventional management) Access to in-office ultrasound and fluoroscopy Spasticity Management optional EMG/NCS optional Resident/Fellow clinical supervision/education encouraged Affiliated with the Georgetown Surgery Center where there may be potential for investment Thrombectomy-Capable, Primary Stroke Center+ (PSC+) through DNV About the Community Small town feel with big city access Nationally recognize quality of life A thriving retiree and family population Awared winning hospital and care network Georgetown offers teh rare combination of a history Teas community, explosive population growth, and easy access to Austin. Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
