The Server will be responsible for serving meals to senior residents while ensuring their dietary needs are met and maintaining a clean dining area. Additionally, the role involves engaging in friendly conversations with residents and cooperating with kitchen staff for efficient meal service.
A genuine passion for working with senior citizens and providing exceptional service is essential, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in hospitality or senior living is beneficial but not required, and the candidate must be able to work effectively in a team.
Serve meals to senior residents with a friendly and caring attitude, ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents and their guests. Engage in friendly conversations with residents, building meaningful connections with our senior community. Cooperate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth and efficient meal service.
Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or senior living environment is a plus but not mandatory. A genuine passion for working with senior citizens and providing exceptional service.
