As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the primary role is to enhance residents' quality of life by delivering personalized care in a warm and respectful environment. This involves assisting residents with their activities for daily living.
An active CNA Certification through IDPH is required for this position. Experience in a geriatric setting is preferred, along with the demonstrated ability to work effectively with residents and personnel.
