The Registered Nurse will provide physical and emotional support to patients adapting to permanent lifestyle changes during their 2-3 week stay on the unit. Key duties include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while supervising LPNs and PCAs and facilitating communication among team members, physicians, and families.
Candidates must possess an active Iowa RN license, and while a BSN is preferred, no prior experience is required for this role. The position involves evening shifts during the week and every third weekend.
