The Occupational Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine patient needs and develop relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders. Responsibilities also include developing home exercise programs, collaborating with medical providers, meeting visit quotas, and completing all required documentation accurately and on time.
Candidates must possess a current and active Occupational Therapy license in Texas and demonstrate an innovative spirit along with reliability. Flexibility to adjust priorities based on business needs and proficiency with standard workplace technology are also required.
