The Physical Therapist is responsible for assisting patients in restoring physical function through comprehensive evaluation and subsequent treatment planning and execution. This role requires effective communication with team members and family members regarding the patient's plan of care and condition updates.
Candidates must possess a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (unless licensed before 2016) and hold a respective State license in Physical Therapy along with American Heart BLS certification and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in a hospital or Home Care setting.
