The provider will offer comprehensive healthcare services, working closely with a team to assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being, focusing on skin-related conditions. Key duties include conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medication, and performing skin evaluations and biopsies.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility and hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license along with a DEA License and CPR/BCLS/BLS certification. A Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required, with preferred experience in Dermatology and EMR documentation.
