The Licensed Practical Nurse provides and documents individualized patient care, which includes evaluation, education, medication administration, IV therapy, and ensuring patient safety under the direction of an RN or provider. Responsibilities also involve performing triage, assisting during procedures, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Candidates must be a Nursing School Graduate and hold a current nursing license in the State of Alabama, renewed every two years, along with current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification. No prior experience is explicitly required for this position.
