Employees provide companion services focusing on the health and safety of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in their private homes, assisting with daily activities like cooking, cleaning, and errands. Additionally, they support participants in gaining and maintaining skills necessary to live and participate actively in their local community through outings and skill-building activities.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, capable of lifting or transferring up to 100 lbs, and possess a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Obtaining ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances is also mandatory for the position.
