Graduate Nurse Assistants will perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel, assisting in promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment. Key tasks include monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, providing restorative care, and promptly responding to resident needs with dignity.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have graduated from a Nurse Assistant Training course within the last 60 days in the practicing state. Candidates must also be able to obtain Certified Nurse Assistant certification within 120 days of hire and meet all local health regulations, including background checks.
