The coordinator will manage patient check-in and check-out procedures, which includes entering demographic and insurance data into an EMR system and collecting outstanding payments. Responsibilities also involve coordinating with patients, providers, and insurance companies to maintain accurate information and secure necessary authorizations, alongside preparing appointment charts and processing medical record requests.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of one year of administrative medical office experience, preferably in a specialty practice. Required experience includes proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and experience in Pain Management, Regenerative Medicine, or Orthopedics is strongly preferred.

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
