Hospital-Based Hemodialysis Team We are growing our inpatient dialysis program and seeking experienced LPNs to join a structured, team-based care model focused on safe, high-quality hemodialysis delivery.
This role is designed for LPNs who prefer full-day clinical shifts and value consistency without on-call obligations.
Position Overview The LPN will provide hemodialysis treatment in hospital settings under the supervision of a full-spectrum RN team.
This role focuses on direct treatment delivery, patient monitoring, and dialysis workflow support within defined licensure parameters.
This is not a solo-provider position.
LPNs will never be assigned independent hospital coverage or on-call responsibility.
