The Dental Assistant II will assist the dentist during various treatment procedures, manage patient flow, and complete necessary documentation like treatment consents and clinical notes. Key duties include performing routine cleanings, taking radiographs, monitoring nitrous oxide, and educating patients and parents on oral hygiene.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and have successfully completed a dental assistant program compliant with state guidelines, along with dental x-ray and coronal polishing certifications. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential.

To assist with quality dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist using established dental assisting procedures while collaborating in a team environment in a variety of patient care and clinical duties.
