The primary responsibility involves producing quality diagnostic medical radiographs, including specialized procedures like OR, Flouro, Dexa, or EOS, under the direction of Radiology leadership to ensure proper diagnosis and patient care. This role also requires supervising and teaching Radiology students during their clinical rotations and adhering strictly to departmental policies regarding safety and quality standards.
Candidates must be graduates of a Radiology Technology program and registry eligible, with two years of Radiology Technology experience preferred, and must maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. The role demands the physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift/move patients and equipment weighing over 100 pounds daily.
