The physician will manage upper extremity conditions across both inpatient and outpatient settings, utilizing a flexible work week that incorporates dedicated surgery days at the hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Support will be provided by mid-level practitioners (NP/PA) as the surgeon works as a team member to serve the community's health needs.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree and be fellowship-trained in Hand Surgery, along with being Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. Applicants are also required to hold an unrestricted medical license in Iowa and have the necessary authority to prescribe medications.
