Primary responsibilities include evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions to patients and families. Therapists will also collaborate with medical professionals and engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a related field and hold a clinical license or provisional licensure in New Jersey, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with Electronic Health Records.
