Your core responsibilities include administering medications per protocol, conducting routine and focused assessments, monitoring vital signs, supporting wound and skin care, and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with RNs and the broader care team. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, monitor safety and compliance, document care outcomes, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing resident well-being, safety, and satisfaction.
