The Pharmacy Technician will help the pharmacist prepare and dispense medications accurately to ensure patients receive the correct dosage, while also providing exceptional and personalized customer service through in-person and phone interactions. Responsibilities include learning about specialty diseases and accurately entering patient, medication, billing, and sales data into systems.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and hold an active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification from PTCB or ExCPT. A required state-issued License/Registration from the State Board of Pharmacy is also necessary, along with working knowledge of the Pharmacy Technician or Medical Office industry.
