The role involves performing physical therapy procedures and assisting the Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) in patient activities. Additionally, the LPTA supervises technicians, volunteers, and students as assigned.
Candidates must be graduates of an APTA accredited educational program for Physical Therapists Assistants and hold a current Alabama license. BCLS certification is required within the orientation period, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Overview Responsible for obtaining Radiographic Images of diagnostic quality while adhering to departmental standards and protocols. Collaborates with other professionals in and out of the Hospital to ensure effective, efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes. Responsible for supervising students during clinical rotations
