Evaluates and treats patients with disabilities or injuries using physical and mechanical means based on physician prescriptions. Maintains detailed medical records and collaborates with inter-disciplinary staff to manage patient welfare.
Requires a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy and a current New York State license to practice. Candidates should have 0-3 years of relevant experience and necessary specialized certifications.

Maintains complete medical records for each patient.
Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.Current License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.0-3 years of relevant experience, required.
