The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct care to residents and supervises nursing assistants. They are also responsible for preparing and administering medications and maintaining accurate resident documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and possess a valid, current nursing license in Illinois. Additionally, a current CPR certification and at least one year of experience in long-term care are required.

As a licensed practical nurse (LPN), you will provide direct care to residents. You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants. You will promptly chart and maintain documentation for residents. You will prepare and administer medications. You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.
