The Surgery Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the surgery coordination process and educating patients on available services. This includes handling premium services conversion, scheduling procedures, managing all required paperwork, and ensuring comprehensive patient coordination for all doctor-provided procedures.
Candidates must possess an Associate's, Bachelor's, or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of two years as a Surgery Coordinator, preferably in ophthalmology. Essential qualifications include strong organizational skills, proficiency with EMR software, knowledge of insurance plans, and excellent communication abilities.

The Surgery Coordinator is responsible for the surgery coordination and education of services for our patients. Surgery Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to premium services conversion, surgery scheduling, paperwork, and patient coordination of all procedures provided by our doctors. Must be extremely organized, detailed, a strong team player, and an effective communicator.
