The Speech/Language Pathologist organizes and conducts speech/language programs to facilitate rehabilitation and enhance client performance. They evaluate clients, develop treatment goals, implement therapy plans, and coordinate with the rehabilitation team.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice. They should also have good organizational, time management, and communication skills.
