The CT Tech will be responsible for acquiring, processing, and delivering diagnostic CT images with precision and compassion, which includes performing efficient imaging protocols and ensuring accurate patient positioning. Key duties also involve supervising radiation dose according to ALARA principles, conducting quality control, and collaborating closely with radiologists to review images and maximize diagnostic yield.

As a CT Tech you’ll be instrumental in acquiring, processing, and delivering diagnostic CT images with speed, precision, and compassion. Key responsibilities include performing efficient CT imaging protocols, ensuring accurate patient positioning and immobilization, administering, or coordinating contrast where indicated, and monitoring for adverse reactions in a timely, safety-conscious manner. You’ll supervise and optimize radiation dose, adhere to ALARA principles, conduct routine quality control, and maintain meticulous documentation of procedures and results. You’ll partner closely with radiologists to review images, identify potential artifacts, and adjust techniques to maximize diagnostic yield. In this travel capacity, you’ll also contribute to workflow efficiency, participate in on-call or rotating coverage as needed, and share best practices with teammates to foster a supportive, continuously improving clinical environment.
