As a Casual RN, you can expect to work 12-hour shifts and be scheduled on an as-needed basis to support the 24/7 operations of the units. *Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary from the My Nursing Career Ladder, based on their individual experience and education.

Foster an environment of open dialogue and continuous improvement by seeking and implementing feedback. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives specific to the department or unit. Use research and evidence-based practice to enhance clinical care and quality improvement efforts. Engage in unit-based shared governance and contribute to goal setting and care team partnerships.
