As a Charge Nurse, the individual is responsible for the nursing care of patients on their shift, following Comprehensive Care Plans and assisting with accurate patient record documentation. This role also involves supervising the direct resident care personnel during the shift.
Applicants must be a licensed and registered professional nurse in the State of Indiana and successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a physical examination. Candidates should possess comprehensive nursing knowledge, professional demeanor, and competence in supervision and leadership.
