The Case Manager provides essential case management and housing support to assigned families, ensuring compliance with program parameters through regular reporting and client interaction. Key duties include conducting needs assessments, home visits, arranging service provisions, and advocating with government agencies to restore family independence.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, alongside a minimum of two years of Case Management experience. Essential qualifications include prior experience working with homeless populations, strong housing knowledge, and familiarity with community resources.

Under supervision of the Director of Social Service, the Case Manager is responsible for providing case management, housing support to clients and monthly reporting requirements that will ensure compliance with the parameters of the program. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
The salary for the Case Manager is $40,000 - $45,000/annually based on relevant experience.
