Responsibilities

Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments to support projects. Apply technical expertise to design, execute, and interpret experiments aligned with project strategies. Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses. Present and discuss experimental results within the department and project teams. Maintain a high level of scientific expertise by reviewing relevant literature and participating in conferences or professional societies. Follow all applicable GMP, GLP, Design Control, and company policies. Maintain complete, accurate laboratory documentation and electronic records. Act as a principal investigator when conducting independent experiments. Designs a wide range of experimental protocols. Executes bench experiments; makes detailed and general observations and analyzes data. Identifies and implements improvements to work processes and laboratory environment.

Qualifications

B.S./B.A. in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
