The physical therapist's scope involves patient and client management, including diagnosis and prognosis, to optimize physical function, movement, performance, health, quality of life, and well-being across the lifespan. This scope also includes contributions to public health services aimed at improving population health and the human experience.
A Bachelor's degree in physical therapy is required, though a Master's or Doctorate is preferred. Candidates must possess one year of physical therapy experience (preferred) and must be licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Virginia Department of Health Professions, along with holding a current BLS certification.
Position Title: Floor Service Technician
Purpose & Scope: The Environmental Services Floor Technician performs Environmental Services duties and floor care per department policies and procedures, and in accordance with Infection Control standards. In addition to these duties, the Environmental Services Floor Technician also routinely cleans speciality areas and performs advance floor care duties. All may have access to or oversight of Protected Health Information (PHI).
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
