Call is approximately 1:6 weekends (1 day per week of peds call, 1 weekend every 6 weeks; hospitalist service in place).

COMPENSATION: $323,400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
LOCATION: Centrally located in the heart of the Lakes Area - 1 hour from Fargo and 3 hours from the Twin Cities Safe neighborhoods, low unemployment, great school systems and an abundance of outdoor activities make this an ideal location.
