The Registered Nurse will provide direct nursing care to adults with developmental and physical disabilities, which includes completing clinical assessments and administering medications as needed. This role involves supporting individuals who often have multiple physical disabilities, extensive medical complications, and may require assistance with challenging behaviors.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current Pennsylvania License and a genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. A minimum of one year of current nursing experience is preferred, and a current, valid Pennsylvania driver's license with reliable transportation may also be required.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at our program in Crafton, PA.
$38.00 per hour
As an RN, you will provide direct nursing care to adults with developmental and physical disabilities by completing clinical assessments, recording seizure activity as needed, and administering medications. In addition, most of the people we serve have multiple physical disabilities, extensive medical complications and may require supports for challenging behaviors. This position is located in our PHMC facility that operates as a 45-50 bed location.
