The physician will practice a mix of inpatient and outpatient medicine, including general primary care procedures like joint injections and skin excisions. Responsibilities also involve evaluating, interpreting, and coordinating information to make patient care decisions and recommendations.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Applicants must also be able to obtain an unrestricted Iowa medical license and have the necessary authority to prescribe medications.
