The Physical Therapist is responsible for planning, evaluating, and treating patients' physical therapy needs within inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. This includes participating in established programs, patient education, and establishing comprehensive discharge plans.
Candidates must possess a required Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program or a combination of relevant education and experience, along with a required Basic Life Support certification and a PA Physical Therapist License. A Doctorate Degree is preferred, and one year of experience in a Physical Therapy setting is preferred.
The Physical Therapist plans, evaluates and treats patients related to their physical therapy needs within a clinical (inpatient and outpatient) setting. Participates in established physical therapy programs including patient care and education. Evaluates and treats patients and establishes and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans. Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.
Temporary license will be accepted. Individuals with temporary license are required to work under a Supervising Therapist.
