The Speech Pathologist provides diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients managing communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while adhering to all regulatory guidelines. This role involves conducting comprehensive patient assessments, instructing and supervising support staff, and serving as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.
A Master's Degree is required for this position, and while two years of speech-language pathology experience is preferred, licensure in the state of practice and current CPR/BLS certification are mandatory. Candidates must also be prepared to adhere to organizational requirements regarding vaccinations.
