The Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist will be responsible for managing an independent patient caseload while adhering to high standards of documentation and compliance. This role involves delivering patient-centered orthotic and prosthetic care focused on restoring mobility through evidence-based practices.
Candidates must possess ABC Certification as a CPO and typically hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and clinical training. Required knowledge includes biomechanics, anatomy, and componentry, alongside strong skills in patient communication and relationship management.
2–5 years of experience providing prosthetic and/or orthotic services. Experience in referral development, physician engagement, or healthcare relationship management. Clinical leadership or mentorship experience. Experience in a growing outpatient O&P clinic environment.
$75,000 annually for newly certified clinicians, with additional compensation based on experience and clinical leadership contributions.
