The Hospice Speech Language Pathologist will plan, organize, and deliver specialized therapy services focused on comfort, communication, and quality of life for patients navigating end-of-life care goals. Essential functions include conducting patient evaluations, establishing individualized care plans, administering therapy programs, and instructing families and caregivers on treatment strategies.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and meet the education and experience requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. A minimum of one year of clinical SLP experience, current state licensure, CPR certification, and a reliable automobile are also mandatory qualifications.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved program, including required internship. Meets education and experience requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Certified and licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. Licensed driver with an insured, reliable automobile meeting organizational requirements. Minimum of one year of clinical SLP experience. Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort-focused care.
