• About the Job: We are looking for a Medical Assistant (MA) with excellent patient care skills and concierge-level customer service to float between Health Centers in the Market.
• You will be a vital, flexible member of the team, supporting providers and ensuring the seamless operation of clinics as needed.
• What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Clinical Flexibility: Float between Health Centers as needed within the Market to provide support.
• Patient Flow & Vitals: Greet and Room patients, measure and record vital signs, and maintain clean exam rooms.
• Clinical Procedures: Obtain blood & urine samples.
• Administrative Support: Handle necessary clerical responsibilities.
• Clinical Judgment: Exhibit good clinical judgment within the scope of the role, with or without the provider present.
