The Registered Nurse will conduct comprehensive hospice care visits after hours, including triage, admissions, and crisis response. They are responsible for documenting patient needs and coordinating care plans for patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. At least one year of clinical experience is preferred, along with the ability to obtain CPR certification.
