• In this role, your responsibilities will center on delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care under the guidance of our seasoned nursing leadership.
• You’ll assess and monitor residents’ health status, administer medications, perform measurements and treatments, and support activities of daily living to promote safety, comfort, and independence.
• You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and refine individualized care plans, document accurately in electronic medical records, and recognize early warning signs that require escalation.
• You’ll mentor and support CNAs and other care staff to maintain consistency and high standards of practice.
• Your clinical judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and respectful communication with residents and families will be essential to ensuring a high quality of life for residents throughout the long‑term care continuum.

The compensation package is designed to be competitive and reflective of your expertise. You’ll earn a weekly pay rate in the range of $1,420 to $1,503, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week, and a start date of 04/01/2026 for a duration measured in weeks.
