include conducting initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, maintaining a patient caseload average of 10-12, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source. The role also requires interpreting assessment data, accurately processing medical orders, promoting quality improvement, and instructing/counseling patients and their families.
Candidates must possess current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist. A Certified BLS is required, or completion must occur within the first 90 days of employment or as mandated by state regulations.
