The Protective Services Worker is responsible for investigating and addressing abuse, neglect, and exploitation of older adults, as well as developing and implementing service plans. They also maintain accurate case records and provide consultations to staff and community agencies.
Candidates must have a relevant degree and experience in protective or crisis intervention services, along with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a valid driver's license.
