The Audiologist is responsible for the administration and direct application of prescribed audiology treatment modalities, evaluating and treating all referred patients to help them achieve maximum societal function within their disability constraints. This role also involves educating staff on audiology aspects and providing input related to departmental budget for optimum patient care.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate Degree in Audiology, possess a current State Audiology License, and demonstrate competency in program development and aural rehabilitation. A minimum of one year of clinical and hearing aid dispensing experience is required, along with obtaining BLS certification within six months of hire.
