Provide routine daily nursing care and services to long-term care residents according to their care plans. Collaborate with the therapy department to help residents achieve mobility goals and monitor patient conditions.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid CNA license in the state of employment, and BLS certification. Preference is given to candidates with over 6 months of experience in assisted living or long-term care.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing assigned long-term care residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's care plan and nursing supervisor. Tasked with working closely alongside the therapy department to help the resident achieve mobility goals.

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment. Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. Current BLS certification or ability to obtain. 6+ months experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility preferred. Responsibilities & Duties Observe and report any changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing staff. Assist resident with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, incontinence care etc. Provide support to residents with behavioral health needs. Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, fluid intake and output as directed. Assist residents with range of motion exercises, eating, and mobility/ transfers.
