The Occupational Therapist screens, evaluates, and treats patients while documenting services and communicating with families and team members. The role focuses on optimizing patient participation in daily living activities.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with at least one year of experience, preferably in a geriatric rehabilitation setting. A current license and certification in Occupational Therapy and Basic Life Support are also required.

USD $55.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Provide professional Occupational Therapy services. Completes documentation accurately and timely. Participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives. Works efficiently and effectively whole utilizing facility resources responsibly. Complies with all facility policies and procedures. Supervises Occupational Therapist Assistants, therapy aides and therapy students as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy. Must have one year experience as an Occupational Therapist (geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred) Must have current license to practice Occupational Therapy in facility-specific state Must have current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Must have current certification in Basic Life Support. Reliable transportation required
